tablets, phones, and aDaPtIvE wEb is at least 30% of why the webs gone to shit.

Can't have a forum anymore, that many links doesn't play well with mobile.

Can't have a 3-column design, because mobile.

I'm not even trying to be all Reddit Framerate PC Master Race here, because that shit sucks too, but you shouldn't be breaking your business website to make it easy for tablet users. Tablet users should be buying a Dell Optiplex instead of Big Phone.

Not to mention every computer monitor is fucking super wide but every website restricts content to a column like 800px wide and the rest is wasted space

Not just that! If you don't view it with the empty gutters, and have it less than fullscreen maximized, it puts the damn site into "must be a tablet" mode and so any sidebar content just zoops into the goddamn hamburger menu. What a miserable shit we've made! Why do I need 3 screens to see 3 websites?! God!

it's not like tablets can't handle 3-column designs anyway, any app worth its salt on tablet is a two-column, third one sounds great, use up more of my width pls.
