People like this really should be punished severely, just to discourage other absolute "influencer" monsters from doing more dangerous stunts For Fake Internet Credit (and real patreon or whatever grift they've got running money, I guess)

There's a lot of foolhardy things you can do in an aircraft that are totally legal, and if you file enough paperwork you can get waivers to do even more foolhardy things, but the "oh, we'll turn off the transponder and hope no one notices us" thing is what really gets people in trouble....
