Also in International Association of Machinists news, they appear to have won what is being called the "first-ever collective bargaining agreement (CBA) at a private sector architecture firm" this week. Workers at architectural firm Bernheimer are the beneficiaries of this agreement; they unionized last year and were voluntarily recognized by eponymous founder Andrew Bernheimer. The union is affiliated with Architectural Workers United, which is the architecture wing of IAM.
Among other things in this agreement, they've won just cause protections, flexible work schedules, hybrid and remote work, layoff protections, and some other stuff in the images above. You can read more about the union here:
