GDC talks: where we collectively agree to reframe the unending chaos of game development to pretend that we knew what we were doing.
Remember that time I was asked to do a talk in the level design track despite my reservations about me being Very Not A Level Designer? And then I was rated the worst speaker of that track? Makes you think.
Someday, I'm gonna make something actually worth presenting at GDC, and I will just put it out there for free, because why should anyone have to go to San Francisco.
(This is not a sacrifice, GDC doesn't pay its speakers.)
