We need to stop the blood sea in the funny Gameboy image from reaching the top, because if it does... It'll spill all over the rest of cohost, and blood from the pixel void is toxic to eggbugs

Does anyone know of any ffmpeg setting(s) that'll limit it in such a way as to drastically reduce the fan noise while encoding video?

Because this machine is a fucking jet engine while encoding, and I don't mind running it longer (maybe even overnight) if that means it'll be quiet for a change.

Edit: Solved. Windows 11 Power Options/Advanced Settings/Processor power management/Maximum processor state from 100% to 50%, whisper quiet now.
