Anyone know if the hoops to grab Teachable stuff hosted on fucking HotMart are still the same1?
No, I don't want to pirate things, I paid (quite a lot of money, in some cases) for the damn courses, but their god damn web UI and player are the worst, and it does. not. work. with my brain.
I need stuff I can look at offline. Stuff I can cut up. Stuff I can do my own subtitles/notes for.
Yes, I could screen record every lesson, but:
- inherent loss of quality, which can suck, especially with teeny-tiny UI crap
- that's an extremely time-consuming set of hoops
So, uh. Any thoughts?
1: IIRC from what I heard, each page has an AES key, that is used by the player to decrypt each TS segment on the fly, so in theory, you could grab the key, each TS segment, decrypt them, and slap them together again...?
