Executives do nothing. Executives are not necessary for a company to produce anything. In fact, most executives do absolutely nothing of any value to anyone not themselves. All they are is a dead weight that steals from the people doing the actual work by paying themselves out bonuses hundreds of thousands of times more than the pittances any of employees make.
Executives are parasites, birthed by Capitalism, and should be treated as such.
