hello folks! today, i am humbly requesting a bit of help to get me through to next month.

i’d hoped to avoid this scenario, but at this point in time i don’t have many other options. as some of you may know, i recently decided to move across states to settle in Portland, OR, together with my two long-time roommates. it was our hope that moving up here would provide us all with better opportunities, especially coming out of a conservative state such as Utah.
to keep it brief, it’s been difficult to find accessible jobs, and in order to keep our household afloat, i’ve been covering the full cost of rent, utilities, and a handful of other necessities with my savings and commission earnings from my July opening. my roommates both finally have stable jobs, but it will take some time to rebuild everyone’s financial stability, and unfortunately i’ve been hit pretty hard by it in the meantime.
i am working as quickly and diligently as i can on my current commission queue so that i can open up again in October, but i’ll need money before then to cover rent and a few other things.
my goal is to reach $800; $600 towards rent, and $200 towards utilities and food! this should tide me over until my next commission opening, after which i should be fine on my own again!
