Pickled asparagus, the really good expensive kind. With a little cup of keypie mayonnaise to dip in. So dilly and crunchy, gosh
I like halfs, cause they are a bit meatier than just spears. But Claussen’s is the best hands down imho. I usually have a jar in the fridge just as a “passing by snack”
Fried pickles are one of my basic food groups that I need to live.

Have you ever had marinovannymi? They're a Russian pickled mushroom. I'm no expert nor claim this is at all authentic but I like to make em with apple cider vinegar, garlic, peppercorns, bay leaves & allspice.
this sounds close to what we've done for the malt vinegar pickled mushrooms, just different vinegar choices.
