I'm never going to defend Star Wars Acolyte's writing, but I think that if Disney takes one thing from it going forwards, please let it be the lightsaber and fight choreography. If that became the aesthetic fight style in Star Wars going forwards, I would be very very happy
All I can think of is how much better it was than the swordplay in the Willow Disney plus series. And god, it was so cool to see people act on a fucking set.
