as the DM for that campaign, i made it DC15 cause it was funny

some background on this: they were in a bar. an esteemed guest walks in. a teenager. she trips over them and calls them morons after she stands up. one of the party members tries to slash at her with an axe. they miss. she eldritch blasts them, cause suprise suprise, she's a level 10 warlock. i lower her hp to be a possible fight. they get her down to 10. she's about to cast negative energy flood . thats when this post happens. after that, she casts fly and escapes the situation. the party is kicked out of the applebees.
