I've been trying out using Syncthing for putting MP3s on my phone, and wow, it truly does Just Work, like they say. Now I just copy the songs I want to have on it to Z:\music\phone\ and they automagically appear on my phone, and when I delete a song from my phone because I'm tired of it, it's automagically deleted from the folder on my computer, too. I should be using this for pictures and stuff as well.
