Metroid Dread is just so satisfying to play, and especially replay once you get the hang of things.
There's so many neat little things you can do with movement, and techniques. Even if you don't go heavy into glitches, you can still make it feel so smooth and fun.
That's why I keep going back to do more speedruns. It's simply very fun.
