Ended up thinking about the time a mutual got very upset with me for my hot take on FFXIV Endwalker.
I often used twitter as a place to vent frustrations, and certain parts of the MSQ just... didn't resonate with/land for me.
And I remember them replying along the lines of "I don't understand how you can see it that way at all".
It's totally fair to call me on my bullshit, but it didn't change how I felt about it.
Also in this case the lack of reaction/presence of irritation for me is likely in part due to my own emotional brokenness.
It's like there's certain things I'm just not able to feel any longer.

I can definitely understand. There are parts of the 6.0 MSQ that other people are very intense about, but that just fell flat for me personally.
