This time they were fined 11.6 billion won for probability manipulation. They decreased the probability rates for stats people would actually want, made certain stat configurations impossible to roll and lied to the playerbase when people noticed something changed publishing false probability rates. Article says it's the largest fine under the South Korean Electronic Commerce Act.
It doesn't change much for me, already knew Nexon was horrible. Still a fun thing to log into for an hour everyday but now I'm even less likely to put in any amount of money. I'd have considered it after enough time played but nah, fuck Nexon.
