I have developed a certain sense of paranoia regarding female protagonist stories with yuri elements whenever a Boy appears in the vicinity. No matter how repulsed or indifferent the protagonist might seem initially, I can't shake the worry that the Boy will win her over somehow.
Years and years of experience have taught me that I can't trust authors like that.
