Someone saying about youtube "reports don't result in strikes unless wrongdoing is actually found" left me speechless and baffled for a minute.
Mass false reporting resulting in strikes and channel takedowns is hardly unheard of, nor a secret. Believing otherwise just tells me you don't know much about youtube.
