Okay, the people upstairs are up to something again. While it was relatively quiet, I could hear them using a drill or something. Why they would feel the need to do that when we're half an hour away from midnight I have no idea, but it's not like they showed any concern for others when they were playing workshop upstairs last year.
They claimed they were just renovating, and I'm sure that was part of it, but it doesn't explain all of it. I'm still convinced part of it was hobby related. And using power tools for hobby purposes in an apartment building without giving prior warning is definitely something reasonable people would do.
Hell, even if it was all related to renovation across those multiple months, they still didn't give any prior warning before they started, and I will not forgive them for it.
