Okay, so summer game fest this year was actually alright. Better than last year for sure. Several games I ended up putting on my wishlist.
I guess overall I'd rate it a... 6? Maybe 7 if I wanted to be generous?
Okay, a brief rundown of the ones I actually ended up putting on the list. There was too much to comment on everything, or anything else.
Neva: From the people who made Gris. You get a wolf cub.
Black Myth Wukong: At least interesting enough to keep an eye on, but not totally hyped or anything.
Power Rangers Rita's Rewind: It just looks like a fun time, even if I can't agree with being stopped.
Deer & Boy: Looks really neat, but you better not let the deer die, or I'm burning your game to the ground.
Slitterhead: Looks delightfully gross, and fucked up. I'm usually not huge on the spooky games, but this one has me interested. Even the name is gross.
Unknown 9 Awakening: I didn't quite understand what was going, but it definitely looked interesting, and cool.
Enotria The Last Song: It has a demo, which I want to try later.
Mossfield Origins: Seems like a chill building game, which I don't mind.
Phantom Blade: We got to see a bit more of it, and it looks like something I could get into.
AND OF COURSE THE FIRST EXPANSION FOR ALAN WAKE 2 IS OUT TOMORROW AND I'M SO EXCITED!
