As this story just keeps happening, I had a closer look into the Zaion/Sayu situation at Nijisanji EN last (?) year, and saw what the other vtubers, her former colleagues, and supposed friends, said about her...
Just... what the fuck is going on over there?

Did someone lie to them, and they believed it?
Or were they in on whatever happened to her?

I can pretty much hear Charlie in my head calling it "downright criminal".
It probably isn't actually illegal (probably), but wow is it morally bankrupt. Unethical.

And it's exactly what they tried to do to Doki, except this time it massively backfired on them.

So where are these lies coming from? Who's lying to the talent about what Doki, and Sayu (and maybe others) said and did to get them to so rapidly stab them in the back?

What a terrible company, with terrible management.

Watching people reacting to this whole mess, I keep getting hung up on Vox saying:
"This all started when Selen went on twitter and claimed that staff had privated the video."
No no no, there's no "claim" here. They admitted to doing it. Both sides admit that management privated the video, even if Niji didn't like how Selen said it.
Trying to make it out like she lied by saying she "claimed" that they had privated her video is so scummy.
They did it. They admitted to doing it. It's not a claim, it's fact.

I also think it was a scumbag move of Elira to say that Millie and Enna were also in the document. Sure, paint a target on even more people, why don't you.
You didn't need to address this at all, and you certainly didn't need to name-drop even more people.

Even if it's likely that Nijisanji pressured them into making this statement, it doesn't absolve them. It still taints their reputation.

I of course don't know what their contracts are like, but I feel like if I were in their shoes, I would have rather quit than do something so self-destructive. At least then I could have gotten out without such a stain on my person.

Vshojo would probably accept you, since they seem to have made a habit of taking in strays that were poorly treated elsewhere, but they might think twice after this.
