I Am A Delight

Old queer trans woman from Norway. Mainly post in English. I write stuff sometimes. Expect bad jokes. Girls and cats are nice.

It's this weird online thing that people make a big deal out of someone blocking someone else. Holding it up as a badge of honour or great victory like "oh, this person blocked me because I said this thing!"

I am in full support of anyone can block anyone else at any point for any reason. No matter how big, or small. It doesn't prove or disprove anything. No one is obligated to engage with anyone. Block freely, and block often.

I'm not sure if I have any Norwegian followers on here, so I've been thinking it's pointless to cross-post my Norwegian posts from sky what am blue.
Posting about the language is fine to do here, but posting in the language is probably pointless.

I'm not exactly sure when it started, but it turns out that one of the things that will instantly make me stop reading a story is spanking. As in, on the butt. Especially if it's depicted in a sexual manner, or used as public humiliation by the protagonist.

I don't think I can sensibly articulate why, but when it shows up it's an immediate nope. Maybe it's as simple as me being opposed to corporal punishment, but I can tell the reaction is visceral.
