i still click on the app out of habit! i have a problem
very much looking forward to this improving my life though lol
for anyone that doesn't know how i used twitter:
- i followed ~1,300 people
- i had notifications for about ~70 people before turning it off a year or two ago, but kept the list to ~50 as a separate timeline that i'd check on regularly
- i looked at twitter multiple times a day, often in the middle of other activities like game death timers
- had roughly 40 retweets a day; according to one person who was briefly able to see people's tweets-per-month counter, i had the highest number at 1373 tweets per month (https://twitter.com/PUPPERCASE/status/1547356299439943680)
- my final tweet count was 102K after 7 years
it was fun! until the end
i can take solace in the fact that there will never again be anything like twitter
