today i ate dark chocolate and i LIKED it

there have been a few things that i've wanted to like and ended up forcing myself to like. is that weird?

this has also happened recently with sparkling water and less recently with tea, all of them partly due to health reasons and partly cuz of aesthetic reasons. i think most ppl can agree that being a "tea drinker" is generally more aesthetically pleasing than being a "coffee drinker" (even if obviously i don't mean to suggest that being one is better than the other). interestingly i think my method was generally the same though, by replacing my cravings with something else. if i'm craving soda but i keep drinking sparkling water, then eventually my body will have to accept it.

unfortunately i don't think this method will work as well for other things like wearing crocs.
