out of everything i can compliment in toki pona, i feel the need to talk about how great "a" is. it's so intuitive and i love using it but there really is no equivalent in any other conlang/natlang i know

funnily enough, ive got a friend in singapore and apparently they use a slang word "sia" in sorta the same way
