Oooh... I've honestly never had this before, but it looks lovely. :3c What is the rice flavored with, if you don't mind me asking?
A bunch of different spices - couple crushed grains of allspice, cumin, turmeric, paprika, ginger powder, galangal, cayenne, nutmeg, clove and celery, along with like... onion and garlic for aromatics, a bay leaf and a Madame Jeanette pepper to steep in there while it's cooking, chicken bouillon powder and salt for seasoning otherwise. <3
Oh wow~ That's remarkably complex, but the end result looks so delicious... I'll have to try this sometime :3
