I want this to exist on a DVD on my shelf with all my other documentaries, so I could put it in the DVD player just like Ghosts of the Abyss or Roving Mars or Apollo 11 or yes i have a lot of space documentaries i think that's on brand
I wish that were a more accessible method of publishing to get discs pressed but as the industry tries to kill optical and physical media for streaming, that's gotta be even more of a burdensome thing.
yeah. Like... honestly between the length, the sheer depth and the production value? It's a straight up documentary. Nothing less. Ten years ago you'd have something like this on DVD or Blu-Ray, twenty years ago it would've been on VHS. Even if we can't make physical media come back, there has to be a way to archive this stuff and keep it available for people independently of corporations like Google.
