normally I just bake a demi-baguette and cut it up into a small pair of sandwiches for lunch (way too simple to bother posting), but I still had some rice I didn't have for dinner due to a last minute change of plans - made miso soup with some kombu, shiitake, onion and potato instead along with some rice I dressed with a hefty dose of lao gan ma along with some bresaola in what must be the laziest piece of Italian-Chinese fusion ever
that said miso soup's great, I should make it more often
