Had a hankering for ossobuco so I made some, and probably had my best go at it yet. Went ham on the gremolata as usual, although this was full of flavor even before I'd added it. Also made some spaghetti aglio e olio as a side instead of the more traditional risotto - in part to try out some fancy spaghetti alla chitarra I got for free with an order recently.
Tastes absolutely fucking delectable, tbh
