Theres more spironolactone here than there would be at any pharmacy in the country.

A friend of mine gained a reputation for always dropping at least one spiro and leaving it in the floor when visiting. My trans roomie instinctively knows what these are, I just see a pill and go "oh they dropped one, oh well".
