Why are the Ts in Tenderloin and Top Sirloin squished on top of the vowels that follow them? Was conveying top sirloin's alchemical properties more important than simply shrinking the font to an appropriate size? But then why is the R in Round running into the O? Or the K in Brisket running into the E?
