It is INCREDIBLE how the wrong tortilla can absolutely ruin a good enchilada filling and the right tortilla can turn mediocre enchilada filling into p dang good enchiladas

y'all air frying is so GOOD. like I know I'm biased cause honeymoon phase but. I can make FRIES. and they don't take so much WORK. and they're tasty and nice and I can make biscuits so much easier and I can even make one of my lazy meals (which is basically just meat + veggies in aluminum foil and bake it for a while) in this perfect size thing and it's so NICE to not have to preheat a whole oven when I'm just cooking for me!!!

I'm RLLY excited to try out some air fryer orange chicken... I'm a slut for orange chicken

also a really nice thing??? the portions are better dictated by that so I can just make what I need and not feel a need to cook extra since cooking is easier, which is great cause I'm trying to have smaller portions
