I try to get motivation to do art and I play bideo games, also I shit post and horny post.
I did my nails yesterday for the first time and my sister in law is asking if I did a clear coat and blah blah blah.
I know about all this shit, I specifically didn't do it in case I did a shit job cause it's then gone sooner rather then later.
Plus I kinda dig the more rough look, the slightly too thin coat of black polish and how it gets when it chips, idk gives butch vibes to me?
real shit i also think it looks cool, i don't do it intentionally though i just kinda don't know how nail polish works wjsnsj i just put on one or two coats of black every once in a while if i feel like it
I think the strats for getting it so it doesn't look rough is one coat of colour, let it dry, next coat, dry again then a coat or two of clear stuff to protect it.
But yeah, I think it looks cool when it's thin or chipping, gives a gritty punk feel imo

see if you can get a pleather one! the one i had before was pleather and it worked pretty good for a while and it was way cheaper then the one i have now
