progesterone is doable on DIY but i havent bozhered cause its mainly optional and its kinda expensy
it helps with a lot of things honestly, as long as it doesn't wreck your emotions. effects there are highly individual but potentially outright crippling, so if you do try it (which I absolutely recommend!) that's what to keep a close eye on. I feel better with it; a friend had to take months off work. negative reaction seems to be rare but if you run into it, don't try to power through.
re: breast development, note that while it promotes more mass it's more about breadth than depth. it basically rounds out development; estrogen alone often doesn't get you past Tanner stage 3 or 4, not fully mature, resulting in the "long tits" trans stereotype.
