Sinix recently dropped a new video in his Anatomy Quick Tips series, so in case it helps anyone else out who hasn't seen these yet, just gonna drop the playlist here. Honestly adore the way he breaks down the mechanical shapes of the body parts in ways that make things finally click for me that other art instruction or just looking at static reference never really managed.
