One thing I miss about twitter, which is unfathomably rare, is that there was this account called something like "Is Jeet Heer Good Now?" and it'd rate every tweet by Jeet Heer.

Its doubly funny because unlike other very serious talking heads and pundits online, Jeet Heer got his start with comic criticism, so its always felt like despite his takes on various issue he comes from our wheelhouse. I used to read the Hooded Utilitarian and Coilhouse, and I was emershed in anything and anyone that spoke about comics as a serious medium.

So I always felt a bit of pride that any one of us would go on to do well, but Jeet Heer's wild track record of tweeting good and bad that people made an account just to poke light fun at him just amused me endlessly.

If I'm mentioning Hooded Utilitarian, I liked the site in general for the breadth of contributers to it, and not for Noah Berlatsky who had a bizarre character arc over the years that I nor anyone really would want to get into.
