when a restaurant hits me with unlimited chips and salsa that's when i really know the entree is going to be underwhelming

There's a mexican place near us that offers one single bowl of chips but unlimited salsa.
Somehow that is enough of a compromise to make their food really good.
For some reason the Mexican place downtown likes to do unlimited chips and salsa against your will but they only ever give you like. A tablespoon of salsa to share.
BUT YEAH THAT CHECKS OUT
