my favorite dinner to make when i only have 5 minutes
- a clamshell of arugula
- a few tablespoons of olive oil
- a tablespoon of rice wine vinegar
- a pinch of salt
- a smaller pinch of msg
- a couple shakes of whatever hot sauce is in the fridge
- some dry oregano
- a can of chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
make the dressing by mixing the olive oil, vinegar, salt, msg, hot sauce, and oregano. drain and rinse the chickpeas. add the chickpeas and the dressing to the clamshell. close it tight and shake the clamshell until everything is mixed.
the hot sauce and the msg are pretty optional imo.
