thinking about how much different modern alternative music would be if kevin shields didn't put electric tape on his floating tremolo arm in the 90s
the fact that people are still doing this today and fender hasn't just manufactured a glide guitar tremolo arm for jaguars and jazzmasters is mind blowing to me.
but then i guess the diy flair is part of the charm.
