i enjoy making things for the information super highway. i don't consider it a guilty pleasure that i run a little cartoon puppet show every week. i think it's neat that people in other countries can listen to songs i wrote and look at pictures i drew. i'm cognizant of exploitative elements of the attention economy and i think there are many frightening trends in online multimedia publishing being controlled by people with far more money than me and everyone i know combined. i don't think i need to be cynical about my cartoon puppet show because of that.
