There's some small creative project i've been stuck on for a few weeks now and yeah: this might be exactly what i needed to hear

when i was young my dad told me “really, all software should be written twice”

This is interesting to me on account of my brain always thinking 'starting over is a sign of a lack of discipline/focus' or something along those lines. I'm glad to hear it! Just funny how my brain's been telling me the opposite for so long
