Look. I have a lot of unique triggers. I don’t expect people to CW everything that could be triggering for me. I muffle the tags myself because I’m the one responsible for managing my own triggers, but if you post something like nonconsensual hypnosis or total identity replacement fiction and don’t use any tags that cover that other than (for example) “kink”, you’re giving me no useful information whatsoever.

This applies to me as well. I also filter tags to manage my own triggers and safety. Post what you want, but please tag it properly.
A post with a blanket NSFW tag tells me nothing. Put all that shit in the tags. It will help people who like it to find it, and it will help people like me to filter it out. Everybody wins.
If you want, put a content warning on it with a description of what's inside. It's not searchable, but it stands all the danger flags up on a mandatory click-thru.
