I'm no doctor, but this might be orthostatic hypotension, which can be caused by fever, dehydration, or just sitting/laying down too long. I've also heard that iron deficiency can cause this.

The dehydration n iron deficiency are deffos possibilities, I'm mostly just glad this happens like once every two months instead of multiple per week when I was a kid
