I have this OC called Gavin who always leaves a positive impression on people no matter how grand or itty-bitty.
However this works on /anything./ So much so, he can use this passive to avoid all forms of conflict, including and not limited to a Karren in a shopping mall, an aggressor at a bar and an eldritch cosmic horror monster because "Oh, that's gavin, he's chill"
Lane is a close second due to how actually strong and overwhelming her strength and aggression can be when pushed to the limit.

Literally divine energy from the moon piloting around a scarecrow puppet, sent with one goal to destroy the entire Blood Moon and the cosmic horror inside of it (which she does) initiating a timeline reset and vastly changing the trajectory of the Earth's future. Wendy is only a fraction of the Harvest Moon's power, herself and the rest of the moon got swallowed by the Sun at the end of it's lifecycle which, when it goes supernova, creates:

Take literally deific energy from the Moon and overclock it with the power of a supernova. If she was unhinged she could probably incinerate half a galaxy. Only thing is that it's either zero or a hundred - either she can trickle some of that energy out or go full death quasar so she has her suit safely pull controllable amounts of energy from her internal (pretty much bottomless) reserve.
