I would think that you could still prod n squeeze the balls, cause they get pushed out a little from the ring around the base of a cage. But I see what you're saying. Would a soft but still restrictive silicone-type cage be a compromise you could get behind, or are you just totally squicked out by the idea of cages?

I could get Far Too Real For This Conversation as I show up to bring my own perspective in from the other side of this conversation, but: One is my comfortable gender anatomy, the other is having something placed on top of (getting in the way of) a something which I already don't like having placed on top of (getting in the way of) my body.
(We are talking about the trans gender anatomy, and not about when this term we're using gets extra-appropriated to be used in latex chastity kink, right?)
I think the asker is referring to chastity cages in a sexual scenario, though what you're referring to in the former context makes a whole lotta sense
