Kobold runs up to you very fast, using two of it's actions. Then it looks you in the eyes intently. They start to wiggle from side to side dramatically. Make a will saving throw.

Yessss. As a dragon it's my responsibility to inspect all kobolds by picking them up and carrying them around (akin to a tote bag)
