Social normality is an illusion

You can call me WFW if it's easier. p
I'm a Linux furry artist on the spectrum, who also draws some detached fellas here and there.
I use Lubuntu and enjoy pineapple pizza!

This has been stirring in my head and I just need to get it out.

You are an artist. A musician. An entertainer. A video essayist. A commentator. A writer. A novelist. A painter. Or any other number of things, usually a combination of lots of different things within a larger bucket, like streaming, podcasting, video production, and so on. Most importantly, you create, and that comes from something deep down, something that is uniquely you.

I don't have some big long post on this, there are people who are much better at elaborating on their thoughts in longform formats. What I do have is an ask that you don't fall into the trap of self-labeling yourself the same thing as the slurry that comes out of creatively bankrupt corporate executives.

Don't lose yourself. Don't let them flatten you down into something soulless so they can file off the serial numbers of what you do and suggest that the latest Marvel street level show designed to be played in the background on Netflix while someone makes dinner they're on is on par with the creativity in your soul. You gotta be better than that. That's all. That's my piece.
