man remember how netflix made season 4 of arrested development and it had a gimmick where each episode followed the whole timeline from a different character’s perspective then before they put out the fifth season they cut all those together into actual chronological order and released it as a really fucked up remix of the fourth season and now that’s like the just default version of arrested development season 4 that the website serves you instead of the way it was first put out there. also they both suck pretty bad anyway so who actually cares
the funniest thing about this is the “next time on arrested development” bits-which in the first three season are notably things that never actually happen-are just parts salvaged from the original release order that they cut from the new one and sometimes they’re like actually kinda important and maybe shoulda been part of the actual episodes
