kids these days don’t even do slug bugs. i bet. when they see a beetle they just say “oh there goes a little car” i’m pretty sure. i think they don’t punch each other

we played padiddle & padonkle too (where you'd punch somebody if you saw a car with a headlight or tailight out). we just loved beating the shit out of each other while driving.
see for us padiddle and padaddle was “you tap the roof of the car as you’re driving through a yellow light or the other people in the car can hit you”. culture is so beautiful
it took me a solid 10 seconds to decipher this (cuz we called it punch buggy) and in those 10 seconds i laughed the hardest i had in a while so thank you for that
