In the Miami level of Hitman 2 there is (or was?) a corner of the balcony behind the door outside of the conference room where the engineers are meeting where they won't see any bodies you drop down from off of the roof. I've gotten up to 4 there without alerting anyone.
it's ok to play the first two hours of a strategy game then start a new file now that you understand how the game actually works
