I've been playing Minecraft for years now, but I've never actually tried to make anything more ambitious than wooden boxes when it comes to building houses, or anything in general really.
Seeing so many cool builds on here made me want to try my hands at building something more refine for the first time. I've always been more of a technical player, gravitating toward redstone contraptions and METAs, I didn't realize how much I could enjoy this aspect of the game as well. I'm very proud of what I was able to make, especially for a first time.
I wanted to start with something small to see what I was capable of, but it kinda got out of hand and it ended up taking me much more time than I would've thought (I guess that a universal part of the game no matter the play style! :p)
I haven't built the interior yet, maybe I will one day. If someone want to look at the build for themselve here's a copy of my save, I'll be very happy If anybody want to share with me their thoughts on it!
Now I need to find peoples to play Minecraft with; making stuffs on my own without them being use by anybody feel kinda lonely and pointless. t-t
(This is me clumsily asking if anyone would like to have me in their server, I promise I'm not that awkward!)

I'm starting 2024 with my big sibling by watching our little sibling discover Outer Wild for their first time. I'm really happy I get to be here to witness it. Those kind of moments are gonna age to become precious memories. I think this years is off to a great start.

I feel like this is the kind of things gabro was referring to when talking about taking time to stop and smell the pine trees along the way, you know?
